Cala Bona has seen an amazing increase in visitors since the pandemic. The summer of 2022 has seen a massive rise in visitors.

The festival in Cala Bona in mid-July 2022 (Fiestas Del Carmen) saw most probably the biggest crowds in over 20 years. Speaking with local business restaurant owners they told us that they haven’t seen crowds like this in decades and that they were taking booking 2 sometimes 3 days in advance because their restaurants were booking out to capacity.
